Inspired by Hip Hop legends like Tupac, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Easy-E, Lil Wicked started making music independently, as a way to express his life experiences, of growing up in the hood, his relationships and family. I felt that I couldn’t express this to my family, friends, nor my teachers at my school. I couldn’t tell them these kinds of things. I felt music was my only way”, states the artist.
Lil Wicked classifies his music to be universal, something that everyone can relate to. People feel inspired by his music, especially because he follows a relatable and not commercial approach to making music. While his debut album released in 2017 marked his entry to the music scene and managed to keep the listeners hooked with its captivating beats and rhythms, his upcoming album “The Lost Tapes Volume 1” is a collection of songs he has created over the years, but not released.
Sending a message to his fans Lil Wicked states, “I thank all my fans and supporters from the bottom of my heart. It’s you who have inspired me to keep doing music. The artist is all set to release another album called “The Lost Tapes” followed by the album “Legend” featuring artists like Tayf3rd, $tupid Young, and a couple of Westcoast Legends.
