It will be Julie Chrisley’s first Christmas behind bars. She will not be present with her offspring. Also residing in a federal facility at the moment is her husband, Todd Chrisley, so she won’t be seeing him.

Convicted of tax evasion and bank fraud, Todd and Julie are currently completing their sentences. Because of their own selfishness, and nothing else. The fact that they stole more than $30 million from banks was made public knowledge in June 2022. Also, because of his “foolproof plan,” Julie may have finally had enough of being faithful to her spouse of 27 years. Find out more at Resource.

It appears that Julie is contemplating leaving prison as an individual. According to family sources, she is “certain” that she will file for a divorce from Todd following her 5-year vacay in Kentucky.

After much contemplation, the Chrisley Knows Best parent may be having second thoughts about her vows. Todd allegedly persuaded his adored wife that they would “never go to jail,” according to friends. The family denies any problems in paradise, but reliable sources claim otherwise.

“According to an insider, Julie’s friends are extremely sure that she will end up divorcing Todd because he managed to convince her to follow his foolproof plan that got them jailed,” the source continued. Although Julie’s sentence has been shortened to five Christmases beneath the prison mistletoe, Todd’s remains ten years.

The exposure of alleged harsh conditions in Florida’s jail system has motivated Todd to make reforms to the system his life’s work. He is totally devastated and has no hope, according to one insider. Because many of his fellow inmates dislike him for complaining about the jail’s conditions, he spends his days alone.

Someone else’s road is leading Julie

On the other hand, Julie has been occupied with feelings of shame. She is absolutely distraught and struggling. Feeling like she has let her family down, she struggles to comprehend the prospect of spending years behind bars.

While their parents are in prison, the children of Todd and Julie are keeping their fans informed. They also maintain their denial of any wrongdoing and disagreement with the notion of a divorce between their parents.

Although the family’s situation is dire, the two prisoners have been granted the chance to make an oral argument in support of their motion to vacate their convictions. In March of 2024, they will be considered.
