There are different ways to use Kratom. Like a real Thai farmer, you can chew the leaves, smoke them, or make Kratom tea. The professor advises to use Kratom powder for a better dosage and easier consumption. You just dissolve the powder in lukewarm water, mix it into your noodles, or just use a capsule. Therefore, you can chew the fresh leaves or make an infusion from the dried leaves and extracts. An infusion of kratom like SA Kratom can be made by pouring hot water over three to five grams of leaves or powder and letting it steep for a few minutes. A high dose is around 10 grams. If taken on an empty stomach, the effects are noticeable within five to ten minutes and last for several hours.
A low dose of less than 4 grams will lift you up and give you a feeling of euphoria. As a beginner, it is best to start with 2 grams and work your way up to 3 grams steadily. Be careful though, as the effects of Kratom can vary depending on your weight, other substance use, and mood.
For the advanced consumer of Kratom, the professor suggests a higher dose of 4 grams. The effects will of course be stronger. You could systematically take up to 5 grams. Please dose accurately, use a scale!
Taking a high dose, as well as taking several small doses in a row, may cause nausea and dizziness. In general, White Vein Kratom is stronger than Red and Green Veins.
Teacher’s Special Advice
The teacher suggests always starting with a low dose. Wait and feel the effects it has on your body and mind. If you like it, try more, one-step at a time. Use Kratom in familiar surroundings and with friends. Make sure you are sober, consume Kratom after a meal, and hydrate yourself well. More experienced users can combine Kratom with alcohol and food, but this will slow the effects.
Here is a stimulating, relaxing, aphrodisiac, and euphoric or plant that provides sensations similar to those of opium or cocaine. Kratom is a drug with very different effects. These Southeast Asian leaves are available everywhere, but what can you expect? We plunged into the world of Kratom, an interesting little leaf to say the least. Kratom is a tropical plant native to Southeast Asia. Traditionally, this herb has been used as a substitute for opium. Kratom is extracted from different trees of the same species. We call this the subspecies. This explains why the effects of kratom may be different. We will tell you more about this later. The height of the trees can vary between 3 and 30 meters. These are the large fresh leaves that are chewed to consume the active substances therein.
The active substances are attributed to several alkaloids, such as 7-hydroxymitragynine, mitraphilline and mitragynine. Among the various types of kratom, one finds stimulating ingredients in Thai kratom in particular, while kratom from Bali and Malaysia tends to relax rather. Kratom also naturally contains rebasing, a blood pressure reducer known as reserpine due to its many side effects, which is therefore no longer used in many countries.
Kratom: Means of Consumption
Kratom powder is available in servings of 25 to 1000 grams. Kratom is not very tasty and the teacher suggests adding sugar / sweetness. What about a milkshake or yogurt with granola and honey? Incorporate the right dose of Kratom and enjoy your meal!
Mix and Wash
Take your dose with a spoon, put it on your tongue and take a good sip of the drink (orange juice for example). Then shake your head, let it mix and then swallow it. Easy does it! The teacher does it like this. It’s also easy to use the leaves to make tea, although it looks more like espresso. Let the tea stretch for a long time to make sure it is strong enough. It is a fun way to try Kratom with a group of friends at home. If you cannot stand the taste of Kratom, you can turn to Kratom capsules. The capsules come in 0.5 and 1 gram. Just swallow with water or juice. You need the leaves to be able to smoke Kratom. In addition, you will need a lot, so keep smoking! According to the professor, this is the least favorable way to take Kratom. The leaves are not tasty, so better to roll them in a cigarette.
