After a winding recruitment process, five-star offensive lineman Jordan Seaton returned to Colorado on Friday afternoon. Colorado head coach Deion Sanders scored a huge, if terrifying, recruiting victory with this.
On Wednesday, it seemed as though the commitment of the nation’s top offensive lineman, who had been verbal to Colorado for almost two weeks before the early signing period, had been made public. Rumor had it that Maryland was trying to woo Seaton and was going to win him over.
On the contrary, Seaton seems to be maintaining his stance with Colorado and coach Sanders.
He attended IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, and is a 6-foot-5, 295-pound offensive tackle.
According to USA TODAY’s HSS Super 25, IMG was ranked number five in the US.
Seaton is a promising young player with a solid build who might use a little more muscle and bulk. His movement is smooth and efficient, and he can get downfield and block when needed.
At one of the best prep programs in the country, he was evaluated daily for his block completion percentage.
