Han Xiao
Described as having a prince-like face, Han Xiao’s appearance is rarely described in The Legendary Mechanic. When he is, he is almost always described as wearing a black windbreaker, exuding a natural pressure on those of a lower level.
Han Xiao has a personality similar to Manison as confirmed by him, both focus only on accumulation and work. He has very rarely shown interest in entertainment, rather preferring to spend his times productively. He is known for being thick-skinned and shameless.
Regardless, he has shown to be rather intelligent and very shrewd not letting a single profit go over his head.
Later on, he becomes more ruthless and calculating. whether this is because his power has grown to a level where he can be or his personality is subtly changing is unsure. However, he still shows his “kind and brotherly” personality to the ‘players’ to show them he is still the person they knew as “Black Phantom” back on Aquamarine.
Hila
Hila is a strong female NPC in Galaxy and a powerful Super- S Grade. She is a close friend of Black Star from when he rescued her and her sister from Germinal, and is a fierce and cold-blooded warrior.
Boasting a headful of luscious, burgundy hair that concealed part of her face, the woman wore a tight-fitting, jet black bodysuit from which her curvaceous figure threatened to burst out at any time.
Her features were telling of her Western descent, but they were also composed of a certain softness that was characteristic of Eastern women; perhaps it was her mixed heritage that blessed her with such beauty and charm. In a different world, she could have been easily mistaken for a beautiful snake demoness.
She is cold and fierce, and prefers to solve her problems through combat. Most of her interactions with Black Star and other Legion Cadres involve challenges to combat.
She is fiercely loyal (promising herself to Black Star when he fought 12v1 during the Ethereal Religion and Radiance Federation Ambush; under the mistaken belief that he burnt his potential to protect her life).
