Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (KDKA) 😊 There will be a third season of Paramount+’s “Mayor of Kingstown,” which was shot in Pittsburgh.
In response to a story by Deadline, Paramount+ announced the third season on social media, writing, “The Mayor is coming back.”
Paramount+ describes the McLusky family as “power brokers in Kingstown, Michigan where the business of incarceration is the only thriving industry,” and the show follows them as they go about their business.
Jeremy Renner and Dianne Wiest star as Mike and Mariam McLusky, respectively, in the show.
By sharing character photographs online in May and writing, “Might be time to start mental preparation for 3?” Renner hinted at a third season in June.
Renner is in critical condition after being hurt in a snowplow accident on New Year’s Day. He has subsequently made a full recovery and shared an exercise video on social media not long ago.
