HOW TO CARE FOR NAILS:
You can stop almost any abnormality by taking good care of your nails and make sure they are healthy unless it is a serious disease. The first tip is to not bite your nails or tear skin which cause it to damage the tissue and cuticle which prevents nail growth. Regularly trim your nails to avoid breakage or damage to long nails, keep them short usually after taking a bath cause that time nails are soft. Keep your nails dry, wear gloves when working with water such as washing dishes or clothes. Apply lotion to keep skin moisturize and soft. Trim your nails straight across and round the tips gently like a oval using clippers or manicure scissors. You should also avoid long-term use of nail polish because it is made from harsh chemicals which can cause infection on skin or nail, use acetone free nail polish remover mainly oil based. Even if that not the case, consult a doctor which will tell you better about your disease or a dermatologist who is a skin specialist. Lastly always keep your nails clean using pedicure kits and make them look shiny in front of others.
